We strive to look at opportunities through a more liberated sense.   The range of ideas that we will consider is unwound.   We prefer to build businesses from the ground up or participate in early stage funding rounds, but we will also selectively acquire into an attractive market or opportunistically invest in real estate.  We are open to opportunities in North America, Latin America and Europe.

We are funded by the  private family office of a successful technology entrepreneur.   Our team is based in the Washington,  DC area.
